If your employee already has a study plan on file, go to the Registered Employees list under the Employees tab, click the ellipsis next to the individual's name, and select View Study Plan.
If your employee has completed all milestones, click Mark as Complete; otherwise, edit the study plan as necessary before submitting it to your employee for their approval.
Please note that only the owner of the organization account is able to create study plans and the individual's profile status must be active.
