You can access an individual's Professional Development Record (PDR) through the Program Staff Report. Once you are in the Program Staff Report, click on the hyperlink of an employee's name.
- You will then be taken to their Professional Development Record. To return to the previous page, click the return button within the report.
- A Professional Development Record shows all the information listed in an individual's Aspire Profile relevant to licensing, including formal education, life-saving information such as CPR, First Aid, and MAT, employment history, and a detailed breakdown of training taken in the past two years.
If the program is licensed by OCFS, the table at the bottom breaks down the number of training hours in each OCFS training topic area.
- Documented: Hours for trainings that have been accepted and verified by the Aspire Registry, but did not go through the Training Approval process
- Registered: Hours for training that are approved by the Aspire Registry
- Quality Assured Tier 1: Hours for trainings approved by the Aspire Registry, administered by a Verified or TTAP trainer; minimum of 1 hour
- Quality Assured Tier 2: Hours for trainings approved by the Aspire Registry, administered by a Verified or TTAP trainer; 6 or more hours, multiple sessions
- Quality Assured Tier 3: Hours for trainings approved by the Aspire Registry, administered by a Verified or TTAP trainer; minimum of 45 hours
- College Course: Hours for college credits taken within the indicated time interval
- PDP Approved: Hours for training reviewed and approved by the Professional Development Program
- Coaching: Hours spent in coaching cycles and/or sessions
