If you would like to have your Aspire Reports used for license review, the first step is to ensure that all the information for your program is up to date. The best way to do this is to review the following two reports available under the Reports tab in your Organization Profile. Licensors also have access to these reports, the same information they will use to conduct your review.
- OCFS Program Staff Report – This report gives a program-level snapshot of important information, including employee position title, start date, the number of OCFS training topics completed, and life-saving information such as CPR, First Aid, and MAT. Click here for more detailed information on accessing and reading your OCFS Program Staff Report.
- Professional Development Records (PDR) for your employees – you can access this report by clicking on the hyperlink of any employee name listed in the OCFS Program Staff Report. A PDR shows all of the information listed in an individual’s Aspire Profile that is relevant to licensing, including formal education, life-saving information such as CPR, First Aid, and MAT, employment history, and a detailed breakdown of training from the past two years. Click here for more detailed information on accessing and reading a Professional Development Record.
If anything is missing from the report, follow up with your employees to ensure they included the information in their Aspire Profile and submitted documentation for verification. You can always reach out to our team at info@nyworksforchildren.org for support.
Once you are sure all the relevant education and training information has been added, let your OCFS licensor know your accounts are up to date and you would like Aspire Reports to be used for your review.
