Here are some common reasons why we are unable to accept uploaded files:
- You uploaded multiple files under one training entry form. To enter in your own training using Training Self-Entry, you must enter in the detailed information for each training separately. If you enter in the information for one training event and attach a file with multiple training certificates, we are unable to accept them.
- You uploaded a file in the wrong place. Files must be entered in the correct place in your Aspire Profile. For example, if you upload a training certificate in the space where your Bachelor’s degree is listed, we are unable to accept this file.
If your uploaded files were not accepted for one of the reasons above, don’t worry! Just log in and add the files correctly, press submit, and our team will review your submission.
