Here are some common reasons why we are unable to accept uploaded files:
- Multiple files were uploaded under one record. Each entry in your profile, whether related to training or education, should have supplemental documentation attached. For example, to submit multiple teaching certificates, you must enter the details for each certification separately; to submit your training using Training Self-Entry, you must enter the details separately. If you provide the information for one training event or certification and attach a file with multiple certificates, we cannot accept them.
- The file was uploaded in the wrong place. You must enter files in the correct place in your Aspire Profile. For example, we cannot accept a file if you upload a training certificate in the space where your Bachelor’s degree is listed.
- The file does not follow Aspire Registry guidelines for accepted documentation. Each document type (Education, Teacher's Certificate, Training, Life-Saving Certification, Professional Membership, etc.) has specific criteria that must be met in order to be accepted and verified by Registry staff. To upload your files correctly, login, select Update my Aspire Profile and upload the documents correctly. Be sure to click Submit, and our team will review your submission.
