Why weren't my uploaded files accepted?
- Multiple files were uploaded under one record. Each entry in your profile, whether related to training or education, should have supplemental documentation attached. For example, to submit multiple teaching certificates, you must enter the details for each certification separately; to submit your training using Training Self-Entry, you must enter the details separately. If you provide the information for one training event or certification and attach a file with multiple certificates, we cannot accept them.
- The file was uploaded in the wrong place. You must enter files in the correct place in your Aspire Profile. For example, we cannot accept a file if you upload a training certificate in the space where your Bachelor’s degree is listed.
- The file does not follow Aspire Registry guidelines for accepted documentation. Each document type (Education, Teacher's Certificate, Training, Life-Saving Certification, Professional Membership, etc.) has specific criteria that must be met in order to be accepted and verified by Registry staff. To find out more visit the Credentials & Requirements section.

Why weren't my mailed documents accepted?
- You forgot to click Submit at the very end of the application process. This is an important step to notify our team that your profile is ready for review and that you have documents on the way. If you have already indicated that you're mailing in documents, please log in to your Aspire Profile, review and confirm each section, and click Submit.
- You mailed your documents but did not create the corresponding record. If this is the case, please log in to your Aspire Profile and navigate to the appropriate tab. Enter the information for your mailed document and select the option I will send my documents in the mail. Remember to review and confirm each section and click Submit.
- You did not include the Documentation Coversheet with your mailed documents. When you select the option to send documents in the mail, we will email you a documentation coversheet (it is also available to download under the My Aspire Resources section). You must include a copy of this coversheet with your mailed documents.
- The Aspire Registry did not receive your mailed documents within the 30-day timeframe. If we do not receive your documents within the requested 30-day timeframe, your profile will be processed as is. You will need to either resubmit your profile or upload the documents directly into the corresponding entry.
While it is perfectly acceptable to mail your documents, we strongly encourage you to upload your documents directly into your Aspire Profile.
