We’re now connected to the PDP Early Childhood Education and Training Program (ECETP)! We are excited to share that e-Learning training information for ECETP is now automatically shared with The Aspire Registry.
What this means: If you have an Aspire Profile, you no longer need to upload or send certificates to The Aspire Registry for e-Learning training. When you complete an e-Learning training, your attendance information will be transferred to our system. Please allow 1 week for training to appear in your Aspire Profile. For a full list of ECETP accepted training, click here.
How it works: In order to have your attendance information sent to your Aspire Profile, you need to add your Aspire ID number to your ECETP account profile. You can add your Aspire ID in one of two locations:
- On your ECETP Account Profile:
- Any time you register for an ECETP e-Learning course. Once you add your Aspire ID once, it will be added to your ECETP Account Profile and pre-populated when you register for future training.
The data feed is in affect for all e-Learning completed since May 1, 2019. For this reason, our new policy is not to accept any certificates for e-Learning through ECETP from May 1, 2019 to present. Aspire Members will still need to submit certificates for e-Learning training taken prior to May 1, 2019.
