How to add attendance using The Aspire Registry App:

When you log into The Aspire Registry App, the first thing you will see is a list of the training events for which you are an administrator. If you don’t see the event you are looking for, simply pull down to refresh the page.  To view more information about an event click on the title and select full details.

When you are ready to take attendance you can do so in a few ways:

  • Use ‘Scan QR’ to scan the QR code located on the back of an Aspire membership card or key tag. Click yes to verify the individual’s attendance
  • If an Aspire member does not have their membership card with them, you can also take attendance by clicking ‘Add attendee by ID number.’ Just enter the attendee’s Aspire ID and click yes to verify attendance.
  • For individuals who are not currently members of The Aspire Registry, please be sure to have them sign the attendance roster.

We recommend that you take attendance at the end of your event to capture individuals who have attended the professional development in its entirety.  Please note, you will not be able to add attendance before the day of the scheduled training. 

The last step for any training event is to upload the training roster to your training event in The Aspire Registry, and enter attendees into the attendance roster.
