Transcripts and Diplomas

When reviewing your education records, we have specific criteria for documentation verification.  Please refer to the chart below to identify which documents to include in your profile.

Note: We accept photocopies (not originals) of all documents listed in the "Accepted" column

Please note the following:

• The Aspire Registry will only accept emailed copies of official transcripts if they come directly from your college/university:
  • Name: The Aspire Registry
  • Email: [e-mail]
  • Phone number: [phone]
• If you submit a copy of a diploma from a higher education institution without a copy of your accompanying official transcript, you will not receive credit for specific coursework.
• Be sure to submit copies of official transcripts for every degree you have earned, as this may impact your Career Ladder Level.

To complete your profile, we need documents to verify the information you have entered online. We encourage you to upload these documents directly to your profile, but you may also mail us photocopies of these items.
