Once you have created your classrooms, click on the name of the classroom to add teachers. Use the 'Add Lead Teacher' and 'Add Additional Teacher' buttons to select teachers for each classroom.
Do you have teachers on your team that spend time in multiple classrooms? No problem! Just enter them under each classroom with the approximate number of hours per week they spend in that classroom. For example, as you can see below, Jane Doe floats between the Red Room and the Blue Room.
Please note that you can only add teachers that are listed and verified under the Employees tab. If you are trying to add a teacher and you do not see them listed, make sure that the individual has created an Aspire Profile and listed your program under their employment.
