For any CPR, First Aid, or MAT certification listed on your profile, the Aspire Registry requires you to upload a copy or mail in supporting documentation from an approved institution. According to the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), CPR courses can count as blended learning, meaning in order to receive proper credit, you must complete the written course portion on a web-based platform in addition to the skills competency completed in person.
Please review the chart below to identify what type of documentation to include in your profile.
Infant/Child or Pediatric must be specified on the card/certificate. If Infant/Child or Pediatric is not specified and these modules were covered in your training, please reach out to the trainer to have your card corrected and re-issued.
If you would like the professional development hours for your certification captured on the training tab of your profile, the card must include the total number of training hours. If the card does not include the number of hours, we recommend you submit both your card and the training certificate.
