Child Development Associate and Other Credentials

The Aspire Registry requires a copy of the credential issued by the awarding institution to verify any credentials you list on your Aspire Profile. We encourage you to upload these documents directly to your profile, but you may also mail us photocopies of these items.

Important Things to Note:

• If you have a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, please be advised that the Council for Professional Recognition no longer distributes physical certificates. To access your CDA credential, you must use Credly. Click here for more information.

• The Aspire Registry cannot use coursework or transcripts to verify a Credential.

• If you changed your name, you must add any previous first and/or last names to the Personal Information section; documents with name(s) differing from what's listed on your Aspire profile or vice versa will not be accepted.

• We accept clear, legible photocopies (not originals) of all documents listed in the "Accepted" column.
