Transitions in leadership can occur when a director is either coming into or leaving the program. In these situations, we recommend following the guide below to ensure that your Aspire Organization Profile remains up-to-date and that the transition process for new leadership goes smoothly.
Update the primary contact email address
This email address is used to share important messaging about your Aspire Organization Profile, including updates to the Employees list and Monthly Aspire Organization Summary emails. To update the email address, enter the new email address in the Contact Information section under the Org Details tab. Scroll down and click Update to save your changes.
Verify new leadership’s employment
After you've invited the new program leader to join the Organization profile OR after the new program leader adds their current employment, be sure to verify their employment status by finding them in the Employees list, clicking the ellipsis () next to their name, and selecting Update to verify their employment via the Status dropdown.
Grant Administrative Access
Before you can transfer ownership to new leadership, you must first grant them administrative access. Click here to learn how to grant administrative access to your Aspire Organization profile.
Transfer Organization Profile Ownership
After you’ve granted administrative access to new leadership, you can transfer Organization Profile Ownership. To do so, click Manage organization profile users under the Contact Information section of the Org Details tab. Locate the name of the individual in the Organization Profile Users list and click Make Owner.
Revoke administrative access for previous administrators
To ensure only necessary individuals are receiving program information, it’s important to remove any previous administrators from the Organization Profile Users list. To do so, click the red trash can () next to the individual’s name.
