Here are some Frequently Asked Questions the Aspire Registry receives from QUALITYstarsNY Participating Programs.
- My or my staff members' Q & E report does not reflect the correct education information.
If your education information isn’t properly reflected in your Q&E Report, it may be that your documents did not meet our verification requirements. If you uploaded something that we cannot verify, we will let you know via email and a note on your profile.
If the number of credits or type of degree (ECE specific, related) doesn’t look correct, please submit an Aspire Appeal Form, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
- I or my staff members uploaded training certificates, but the hours are not reflected in the Q&E report.
There are three reasons why your training hours may not be reflected in your Q&E Report.
-
- You may still need to click Submit after updating your profile to notify our team that your profile is ready for review.
- Your uploaded training certificates may not meet our verification requirements.
- Your profile may not have been reviewed by our team yet.
If you’ve submitted your profile, it’s already been verified by our team, and you think one or more of your training certificates need to be reviewed again, please submit an Aspire Appeal Form and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
- I or my staff members are not getting credit for my lifesaving certifications (CPR/First Aid).
If your staff isn’t receiving credit for their lifesaving certification, it may be that their documentation doesn’t meet our CPR/First Aid verification requirements.
If you still have questions as to why your lifesaving certification wasn’t verified, you can contact us at info@nyworksforchildren.org.
- My staff isn’t getting points for retention.
Make sure that your employees’ employment records are accurate and up to date. If you still have questions about why you aren’t getting points for retention, please reach out to your Quality Improvement Specialist and/or submit a QUALITYstarsNY Q&E Inquiry Form.
