Here are some Frequently Asked Questions the Aspire Registry receives from QUALITYstarsNY Participating Programs.
- What is an Aspire Organization Profile and why does my program need one?
It is essential to create an Aspire Organization Profile, to identify the professionals you have on staff, their roles within your program, and support their educational and professional development. Be sure to maintain an active Organization Profile, as the Aspire Registry is the tool that QUALITYstarsNY uses to ensure program accountability and provide a greater understanding of what it takes to generate and sustain high-quality early childhood education.
- How do I get access to my program’s Organization Profile?
The owner of your program’s Organization Profile can share administrative access by clicking Manage organization profile users, and the + next to your name on the list of employees. Remember that you need to be a verified employee to get administrative access to an Organization Profile.
Alternatively, additional program administrators can request access to the Organization Profile by selecting +Organization Profile in the dropdown menu at the top right of their Individual Profile homepage, entering the Organization ID number, and clicking Send Request.
If you are a new director, and the previous director has not given your administrative access to your program’s organization account, contact us.
- The license/permit number for my program has changed. Do I need a new Organization Profile?
If the new license/permit is associated with the same address, you will not need to create a new Organization Profile and can add the license number to your pre-existing organization profile. However, if the permit/license is associated with a different address than your previous one, you will need to create a new Organization Profile.
