Wondering why your application was cancelled? When you finish the online portion of your application, we ask you to submit specific documents so we can verify the information on your Aspire profile. If we do not receive your documentation within 30 days, we cannot process your membership and your application will be cancelled.
But don't worry! You won't have to start all over from the beginning. All you need to do is log into your Aspire profile and click through each page to make sure the information you entered previously is still accurate. Once you press submit on the last page we'll send you a new email with the list of documents we need to verify your information.
When we review your documents, your membership will be completed and we'll send you a welcome letter with your Aspire membership card.
