Several elements make up an OCFS Program Staff Report to help you verify the requirements needed in every OCFS licensed program.
On the main page, you can view employees':
Career Ladder Level - a good indicator of what you will see in an individual's education information.
OCFS Topics & Training Hours - shows how many training hours and how many of the nine training topics have been completed.
Life-Saving Certification - shows the most recent date of certification.
Study Plan - indicates whether the employee is currently on a study plan. Verified means the program administrator reviewed and verified the study plan. Self-Reported means the employee submitted their study plan, but it has yet to be verified by the employer.
The hyperlinked Aspire ID and Name will allow you to view a person’s Professional Development Record, which includes the employee’s education information, employment history, and training qualifications.
When you access a Program Staff Report, you will see a column on the left-hand side with the heading "CCFS ID Match"; the cell will have a check mark if the staff is found both in CCFS and the Aspire Registry.
At the bottom of the report (or sometimes on the next page) you will see a table entitled "Staff in CCFS not Matched in The Aspire Registry." This table shows you staff found in CCFS but not in the Aspire Registry. There are three reasons why an employee may show up on this list:
- They are a former employee
- There is a variation in spelling of the employee's name
- They are a new or current employee who needs to create a profile in the Aspire Registry
