Why can't I see my employees on the Employees Tab?

An employee may not be showing up on your Employees tab for one of three reasons.

  • The individual did not enter the organization under their employment tab.

  • Do you have multiple licenses? It’s possible that the individual entered the organization on their employment tab but attached to a different license or permit number by mistake. If that is the case, give us a call at (718) 254-7716 and we can help you link all of your licenses to your organization account

  • Finally, it is possible the individual entered in a different organization on their employment page with a similar name. We suggest that employees add employment using the organization ID number to make sure this doesn’t happen.
