An employee may not be showing up on your Employees tab for one of three reasons:
- The individual did not enter the organization under their employment tab.
- The individual entered the organization on their Employment tab but attached themselves to a different license or permit number by mistake. If that is the case, email us at info@nyworksforchildren.org, and we can help you link all of your licenses to your organization account.
- The individual may have entered a different organization on their employment page with a similar name. We suggest that employees add employment using the organization ID number to ensure this doesn’t happen.
