Your Status tab shows you licensing information for your organization. The Aspire Registry has a data feed with various city and state regulatory agencies that updates nightly, so we always have your most current licensing information.
Your organization account will automatically open to the Organization Details tab, where you store contact information for your account. You can update this information anytime, and we recommend that you do, especially if the person who manages your account changes.
Store classroom-level information on the Classrooms tab. Under the Classrooms tab, add classrooms to your account by selecting Add Group. Select the teaching staff that works in each classroom and update the classroom. You can even include information about the age and number of children!
This tab is essentially an employee roster with a snapshot of your team. You will find each person’s name, title, Aspire ID number, status and Career Ladder Level listed here. You can even view information about former employees by using the drop down on the left hand side of the page.
Employees will show up in this tab when they list your program on the Employment tab in their individual Aspire profile.
Use the Reports tab to generate reports based on your employees' information submitted to The Aspire Registry. View the Program Staff Report to see a snapshot of each employee’s credentials, and click on their name for a link to their Professional Development Record for more individualized information.
