Adding Online Registration to your events makes it easier to track attendance and provide training credit to participants. To schedule an event with Online Registration:
1. When scheduling an event, in the Event Registration section of your event, choose Yes.
2. You'll then be prompted to use Aspire's built-in online registration system or input your own third-party registration form.
ASPIRE'S BUILT-IN REGISTRATION
- To use Aspire's online registration, select Built-in Online Registration. This allows programs to register their staff for events through the PD Finder and allows you to manage your registration messaging and requirements.
- Select whether the event is free, or leave the box unchecked if you'll be collecting fees.
- Enter the Registration Start Date.
- Click Registration Emails and Text to enter custom confirmation and reminder messaging.
If you want to edit registration messaging for an upcoming event you already created, click on the event and scroll down to the Event Registration box. Click on the Manage drop-down menu and select Registration Emails and Text.
THIRD-PARTY ONLINE REGISTRATION
- To use your own online registration, select Third-Party Online Registration.
- Enter your Registration Web Address.
- Select whether you'll be charging a fee for your event.
3. Click Save & Review to look over your event changes before submitting it for final review.
If this is a private event, you can copy, paste, and email the Registration Page link to participants.
