The Aspire Registry verifies trainer credentials to determine whether they are approved to deliver certain curricula. These curricula are mostly standardized and require trainers to participate in a formal train-the-trainer process, as well as acquire certification or approval through the curriculum developers.
The table below lists the curricula for which approval or certification is required. If you are a trainer who holds approval in one of these curricula, you can indicate this on your Aspire Profile. The Aspire Registry requires you to submit documentation to verify this approval.
Once verified, you will be able to create events for the curricula for which you hold approval on The Aspire Registry. This information will also appear on your profile in the New York Works for Children Trainer Directory. Additionally, verified information on your profile is shared with the SUNY Professional Development Program to help determine Educational Incentive Program (EIP) reimbursement.
