Grievance Policy

If you feel you have been treated unfairly or feel policies and procedures have not been followed by The Aspire Registry staff, you have the right to air grievances in a timely manner and an appeal process may be necessary.  If you have worked with The Aspire Registry staff and you are not satisfied, you have the right to escalate your concern and contact The Aspire Registry Administrator directly at 718-254-7705.
