Yes, it's official. You can now upload documents directly to your Aspire profile!
No more photocopies, and no more mail. Now, when you are ready to update your profile, just select Update my Aspire Membership, enter your new information, and upload your documents directly to the system. It's that easy!
You can upload documents anywhere you see the following buttons. Just click to get started!
Please note: We accept the following file types : .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .odt, .txt
After you are done, be sure to click through the remaining tabs to see if you have anything else to add. When you are finished, click submit and our team will review and verify your documents.
Are you unable to upload your documents?
Although we are very excited about document upload, we also understand that some of our members may not be able to upload their documents, and that is okay too! However, please be aware that we have slightly modified the process in which we receive documents. If you mail your materials you will now need to:
- Log into your Aspire Profile first: Before you put your documents in the mail, log into your Aspire profile and add whatever new information you are submitting to the appropriate tab. This helps to let us know what to expect in the mail.
- Include your Documentation Coversheet: When you add new information to your profile, we will email you with a Documentation Coversheet with a list of documents you need to submit. All you need to do is print out your Documentation Coversheet and mail it in along with your documents. Please note: We will no longer be accepting mailed documents without a Documentation Coversheet.
