Does your program have multiple licenses/permits at the same location? Great news! You can easily update or add additional licensing information to your Organization Profile to manage multiple licenses/permits in the same location.
Here's how:
1. Log into your Organization account and click Add New under the Status tab to submit information about your new or additional license/permit or Head Start grantee number.
If you are adding your Head Start program ID, please be sure to double-check that you are entering the correct number.
2. Your request will be reviewed and approved in approximately 1-2 business days.
3. When your request has been approved, your next step is to assign your staff to the correct license/permit on the "Employees" tab.
Please note: if you manage multiple licenses/permits in different locations, you need to create a separate Organization Profile for each site.
