Adding CPR and First Aid

1. In the Education Background section, click +Add Education Record

2. In the Type dropdown menu, select CPR, First Aid and MAT; in the Certification Type dropdown menu, select the appropriate life-saving option

3. Enter the required information, then choose I will upload a file for verification

4. Click the +File button to upload your life-saving documentation

5. Click Save to proceed with the rest of your Education Background

6. Click Confirm to save your updates to the Education Background section, and continue building your profile.

You must confirm each section of your profile before reviewing all your updates and clicking Submit to notify us that your profile is ready for review.

For any Infant/Child CPR, Pediatric First Aid, or MAT certification listed on your profile, the Aspire Registry requires that you upload a copy of the card or certificate issued from an approved institution. The card or certificate must include the name of the institution, the type of certification(s), the date the training was conducted, and the expiration date. For CPR and First Aid, cards must explicitly state that Infant/Child CPR or Pediatric First Aid is covered.

Click the attachment below to view a list of approved institutions. If you are mailing in your documents, you may submit photocopies of these items.

Please note that if you would like the professional development hours for your certification captured on the training tab of your profile, the card must include the total number of training hours. If the card does not include the number of hours, we recommend that you submit both your card and the training certificate.
